3. Scheduling and Pickup/Drop-Off

Customers may schedule pickups and drop-offs currently through our Site, Facebook or email. 

It is your responsibility to ensure all items are clearly labeled and ready for collection at the scheduled time.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on collection as agreed
• Electronic transfer method (Monzo link or bank transfer) prior to delivery of orders

5. Care of Items

While we take great care in handling your items, you acknowledge that:

• Items are cleaned and repaired to the best of our professional ability
• Some stains or damage may be permanent and may not be fully removed or repaired
• We are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing wear, material breakdown, or manufacturer defects

We will always discuss and highlight and document any issues etc.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ride and Shine Equine Laundry shall not be liable for:

• Loss or damage of items beyond the declared value (please inform us if an item has a value exceeding _)
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, transportation issues)

We will always be transparent, if something arises etc. contact will be made.
 

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds are not typically provided after services have been rendered unless there is a verified service failure. 

If you’re unsatisfied, please contact us directly to resolve the issue at hand.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to, logos, text, graphics, and images, is the property of Ride and Shine Equine Laundry or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.
