Most rugs are turned around within a week of collection. Current workload and weather conditions may affect these, but we will always update you during the process.

Prices are dependent on rug type and whether you need a reproof also. A full price list is available, and you can always ask us about specifics!

Yes! Turnout rugs, stable rugs, fleeces, fly rugs, coolers are the rug side, we can do numnahs, boots, fly masks, Equidry coats and so on! If it is horse related, we'll gladly take it on, just shoot us a message!

Yes! Items are fully pre-treated before washing to remove dirt, hair, stains as much as possible. We will then de-hair and spruce them up for you.

Yes we do! We price repairs after they're done as it depends on the time taken. We will always update you with an estimate/ability.

Payment is due when the service is complete, before collection/delivery.

Yes! We have several points for drop off locations to make things easier; Fusion Fitness in Urmston (M41 5AA), Wyldcharm (WA3 5DJ) and our current address in WA1. Just confirm when booking.

Yes! If it is more convenient for you, we can attend your location and pick up the order, and drop it back off again. Delivery/Collection is free in Warrington, or for 10+ rugs in nearby areas. Just confirm when booking.

No! We treat every item as individual. We also run clean cycles between orders.
